David Hubbard
Director & CFO
David is the founder of CINCH Finance & Operations and brings decades of knowledge and international experience to his role as Director & CFO. David wants to create something unique for his clients, away from traditional management accounting. He is deft in building client relationships and making the financial numbers seem relevant and meaningful to our clients.
He believes life is about constant improvement and he constantly seeks to advise our clients how to add value to their business. He encourages dedication and enthusiasm in all CINCH’s staff and considers CINCH’s main focus is to build confidence in their client’s ability to incorporate innovative approaches to their business practises.
Kylie Neary
Chief Financial Officer & Quality
Kylie Neary joined CINCH in 2019 with significant experience in financial and corporate governance gained through roles with multi-national leaders. Kylie’s diverse professional skill-set includes expertise in team leadership, managerial finance, board reporting, cash-flow management, accounting and stakeholder management. Ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and legislation, as well as tax compliance, has been a major focus of Kylie’s career. Throughout her career spaning over 25 years, she has held roles within various sectors including community services, mining, property and infrastructure.
Nicole Richardson-White
Change Management / HR Director
Nicole offers extensive leadership, change management, business coaching and HR experience. She is an experienced facilitator and qualified Coach. Her leadership development programs provide organisations with a strong focus on mentoring, mindset, accountability and healthy conversations for their staff. Nicole has a keen interest in understanding the key drivers of any organisation so that change initiatives or leadership programs are in line with the strategic plan.
For over 22 years, Nicole has worked in Australia and internationally with experience gained across a range of sectors including NFPs, early childhood intervention, mining, heavy engineering, travel, travel technology (IT), pharmaceutical, health care, contact centres and local government.
Shaun Serafin
Finance Manager
Shaun has experience in Outsourced CFO Services and other Consulting Services, with a background in both management accounting and financial accounting. He also has experience in achieving process improvements and managing system implementations in a commercial setting. Shaun is passionate about analysing the key drivers behind financial performance and working with businesses to create sustainable practices.
Georgia Honeysett
Practice Manager Finance Officer
Georgia provides finance back office support to our clients and assistance to our Finance Managers and CFOs. She ensures that all of your day-to-day finance functions tick along smoothly. Georgia specialises in NDIS claiming, Payroll, Accounts Payables and Receivables and also provides Practice Management support to CINCH.
Renee McCarthy
Finance Officer
Renee provides finance back office support to our clients and assistance to our Finance Managers and CFOs. She also ensures your day-to-day finance functions progress smoothly. Renee has worked across various industries including NDIS and Community Housing and specialises in NDIS claiming, Payroll, Monthly Rent / Landlord Payments, Accounts Payables and Receivables, Tenant Reconciliation and Bond Payments.
